The book 'PHYSICS OF SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES' is written to cater to the needs of undergraduate & post-undergraduate physics students, aligning with the structure and objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). This manuscript has been developed from the lecture notes I prepared for teaching this subject to undergraduate students in the last 2 decades.
