We provide free delivery on orders valued at Rs. 1200 or more.
Generally, a shipping charge of Rs. 40 will apply if your product cart value is less than Rs. 1200. This is applicable if shipping to a single Indian address.
You will not receive FREE shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below Rs. 1200.
Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
Delivery time may be affected in case of an address change on an order which has already been shipped.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
Returns & Replacements
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with any of the books you've purchased, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. All return and replacement requests must be sent tool-support[@]ellitedevs[.]in within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the purchase date.
Cancellation & Refund

Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details. If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
